Yet as the eye adjusts, the image begins to shift. Surfaces open. Ancient writings drift across skin. Butterflies hover in suspended motion. Layers of pigment, collage, and embedded objects create a space that is neither entirely painting nor entirely sculpture, but something suspended between image and presence.
